They provide their customers with a qualified e-mail reach and generate relevant leads with successful ROI rates combining these tailor-made e-mail campaigns with other online solutions in order to get the most out of every campaign.
As the first employee to start in the location of Barcelona, you will take on organizational activities for the entire company, support your colleagues in the field sales and actively contribute when it comes to developing new documents and processes that help us to further optimize our business areas internally. The back office is your natural living space and the control center from which you control and promote our cooperation with service providers, customers and external partners.
Your recurring activities include, for example:
- Preparation of media circuit diagrams and reports for various online campaigns in Excel.
- Supervision of online campaigns with a focus on email marketing.
- Creation of briefings for internal and external service providers.
- Development of PowerPoint presentations and offers.
- Telephone contact with customers and entering data.
- Order processing and contract management.
- Support and expansion of the sales team.
